Please accept this email as my personal invitation to attend Prize/Medal Distribution Ceremony to be held on Sunday the 2^nd of March 2014 at Boomanulla Oval, Narrabundah during the Global Cricket Day organised by ACT Cricket.

Trophies will be awarded to the Winners and Runners of FINACT T20 Cricket Tournament, Man of the Series, Bowler of the Series and Batsman of the Series along with Man of the Match for the final match. A special president’s award will be awarded to the Cricket Coordination Committee members for their extraordinary contribution towards efficacious running of the tournament.

On behalf of FINACT Executive Committee, we congratulate all Associations, Team Captains, Managers, members of Cricket Coordination Committee, officials and umpires of ACT Cricket, and volunteers on the grand conclusion of FINACT T-20 Tournament 2014. It was all because of their cooperation and coordination we could hold such a successful tournament. 

Participating team members (more than 200 players from 12 teams) and their supporters deserve our appreciation and accolades for their friendly and cooperative behaviour on the field.  It gives us ample confidence to manage even bigger tournaments in the future.

Last but not least, we also respect EC members, namely Mr Krishna Nadimpalli and Mr Mahesh Scaria for their relentless efforts and assistance despite  commitment to their own associations and families.

Winners of the FINACT Tournament & FINACT Eleven Team

As you may be aware, on 23 March Semi-finals were played as scheduled and Deccan Dynamites were beaten by Delhi Strikers and Gujarat Master were beaten by Karela Fireballs.

In finals, Delhi Strikers made a modest score of 140 but restricted Karela Fireballs on 109.
