Dear Visitor,
On behalf of FINACT, I wish you all a graceful Teachers Day (5 September). You may be aware that today is the birthday of one of the greatest modern era philosophers, a great scholar and teacher and India's former President, Sarvapalli Radha Krishnan.
I also wish to advice you that a couple of spectacular cultural events organised by our member associations are scheduled in the month of October. Please find some information below in this newsletter. If you are also organising any program and it is for public, you may wish to advertise with us.
Regards,
Jayanti Gupta President, FINACT
Bollywood Voice of Canberra 2012 on 13 October
OriOZ and Shine n Rise Events are back with the 2012 edition of Bollywood Voice of Canberra. It is a community song and dance extravaganza with a twist, trying to involve all the communities of India based in Canberra.
For the first time we are trying to organize a bit of competition among the elite singers of Canberra. We are planning to invite the best available 5 singers of Canberra and trying to get the best out of them. Rest assured this is going to be a fun filled evening and not a serious competition. We are organising with a motto that let the singers have fun among themselves with the stage open to them.
