FINACT Special General Council Meeting on 5 August 2012

Dear Visitor,

We invite you to attend a Special General Council Meeting on 5 August 2012 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm   We will confirm the venue for our special meeting shortly.

Following consistent, persuasive and relentless deliberations by our coordinator for India Centre/Bharat Bhawan project, dear Visitor, you will be pleased to know that we have been offered an option to rent a space for our communities’ activities. This project needs your input, assistance, support and appropriate comments at this stage to move forward.

The agenda for this Special General Council meeting will be as follows: 

• Welcome and Introduction by the President
• India Centre update by Ajit Banerjee
• Status of FINACT sub-committees on India Centre,  Cricket Tournament, Language
• Updating contact details of delegates,
• New and Renewal of Membership
• Filling two positions on  EC
• Concerted Indian Independence day celebrations
• Revision of FINACT constitution
• Other business
